On February 21st, 2017 we gathered in the Isabel Turner Public Library and invited people to bring any object that relates to the theme “What’s Your Story?”. Through storytelling and conversations, we heard the untold stories of Kingston’s heritage through the objects of others.
Local storytelling expert Selina Chiarelli shared tips on how to tell the best story and Charly Chiarelli, veteran storyteller and actor, shared his personal tale. Artifacts from local collections, including from the Marine Museum and the local histories and genealogy collection of Kingston Frontenac Public Library were also on display.
